If you look at the Zona Blue website,it says free pick up from your hotel,so do most MP's and Strip clubs have these pick up service and are they really free?

When I was there, I saw the ZB van driving around a few times, so I can say that the service exists. It is probably free, as well. San Jose taxis are only a buck or two, so it isn't a big deal.

If you're staying at the Sportsmen's Lodge, it's an easy three block walk.

As far as I know ZB is the only MP that offers this service. Yes it is free, just call and request a pick-up, but tipping is certainly allowed and appreciated.

I do know of any night clubs that have a pick-up service.

And if you're staying at the Amon Plaza ZB is only about a half a block walk (or maybe it's 1 1/2 blocks).

A lot of night clubs use to have free taxi within San Jose. That is, the cabbie would offer to take you to x night club for "free", free being in quotation marks because the night club would pay the cabbie a comission. Don't know if that's the case as the nightclubs have moved farther away from the gulch.

I was informed by Admin1 that ZB no longer has a van service. Is this correct Admin1? If you remember the PM I sent you regarding the so-called van driver, that may jog your memory.

During the daylight hours, walk in San Jose. You will 1) metabolize some of the alcohol carbs we all consume while there, 2) get a better feel for the city, and 3) keep yourself limber and circulation ready for sexo

At night take a taxi. They're safe and inexpensive. Unless you like the thrill of DEFCON 1 (Maximum force readiness.) :twisted:

everytime i called zona for the van the driver was off. in all my visits to the place I never saw van service especially free. usually they will call a pirata for you when you're leaving.

Currently the airport pickup and ZB Van service is inactive.. perhaps it will be returned during peak season!
