I booked Abbie for an hour session for this afternoon. While booking I informed the lady that I would be coming thru the private entrance.

Once I got to the Private door in the building, I called them and said I was waiting outside by the private entrance. The lady said she would open it. I waited for a couple of minutes, no one opened the door. I called again, the lady said "coming, wait". I waited another couple of minutes, no one opened the door. I was pissed off, called again, the lady said the girl opened the door and no one was there. I said I was right there and I would enter thru the front door. I went to the front and entered thru the main door. That's when I came to know that Abie opened only the 1st door . Of course I was standing on the other side of the 2nd door which was the private entrance, which she did not open because she did not know she had to open that door to let the clients in. Clearly, lack of proper instruction.

Her English communication skills is almost non-existent. Therefore I found it hard to communicate with her regarding the massage. The massage was hard, though what I told her a few times that I need a soft one.
