Greeted by Layla which was pleasant initially. I asked for another MPA on schedule and she said "YES" and asked me to pay. I am like.... wait a minute. I want to see the other MPA and will discuss/pay money to them. She completely flipped and said that the other attendant not work here. It is only and only her in the whole spa and no one else and literally kicked me out.
What a pathetic experience that was. As much as I was a fan of Flowers Spa but not anymore.
