Attention MPAs & Owners: 2 new female T.O. inspectors!!

You know... this time, the whole thing with the LE people showing up, really made realize that this new place I'm at REALLY, TOTALLY sucks!!! We have no friggin' flashing lights, no ringing bells, not even locked doors,... NO NOTHING to warn us!!! How the heck am I suppose to know if those LE people show up if I'm in the room??? Honestly, until I bumped into those 2 inspectors this time, I really didn't even think they knew we existed so I wasn't prepared at all!! I think it all started because last week, my boss got into a huge fight with the owner across the street. (One of their really pretty girls left them to work for us instead. I guess they were pissed off when they found out.) Anyways, they friggin' called the cops on us, so we friggin' called the cops on them and now, the friggin' LE people's at both our doors!!! (Yup, the pretty girl still talk to her whacker friends over there... that's how we found out that the LE were over there as well). I don't understand why we couldn't have all gotten along??? That just pisses me off 'cuz we had a good thing going too!!! They were busy, we were busy... Anyways, I know afterwards, they called the cops on us again 'cuz a cop called us and said they're staying out of our "business problems" and for us to settle things ourselves. He said every week they get complaints from owners pretending to be clients and filing complaints about their competitors and they're tired of it. I started laughing when I heard that because my ex-boss used to call the cops and complain everytime a new spa opens within..... like....... 5 million miles from where we were. Next thing you know... we get shut down and they're still kickin'!!!! Anyway, I think I'm gonna get my boss to set up some sort of alarm system and do some "dry runs". You may wish to talk to your boss about the locked door as well. Apparently, the licensing cannot stop you from locking your front door for safety reasons in the studio. If they tried to stop the studio from locking their front door for safety reasons, and something terrible happened, like a robbery or worst, it is not without foundation that the City of Toronto would be into a large lawsuit

I'm also a little confused. How do inspectors normally operate? Do they walk in, show some kind of ID or badge and look around, or do they pretend to be customers?Then why aren't there more MPAs here on massageplanet.net, like Leah? Anyways, the same superior (aka chubby cop) would find me f*cking again and again and everytime, I'd be punished. But everytime, after being punished, I'd do it again anyways, so finally, he gave up. Plus he felt sorry for me and felt bad for punishing me after a while... I mean, what could I do?? I was horny... so what??!! And he felt I was a stupid nun bc everytime, I'd be f*cking my monk bf at the same 2 spots... in this one bush in the summer, and in the library in the winter... we didn't even bother looking for a fresh spot to hide. I'd go to the coffee shop for a few minutes (or go shopping if I made enough money already), then I'd be back at work again. After a while, he caught on. The last couple of times he caught me naked, he just laughed. I ask him if he wanted me to leave, he'd be like, "why bother. I know you're gonna come back in a few minutes anyways."!!!! (I think he must've watched me from his car or something.)

So to the chubby cop out there: I heard from my whacker friends that you've retired already. I'm sorry if me and my mini-whacker friends gave you a hard time and drove you to early retirement. (we were mini-whackers before, now we're just whackers) We know we drove you nuts for about 5 years because we wouldn't leave your region. You kicked us out but we kept on coming back. But what could we do??? Back then, me and my mini-whacker friends were all homeless and starving. And a few of us even had kids to support!! And some of us had no money and no place to go so we even slept at the MP. So thank you for putting up with us and not putting us in jail like you could've done. We wouldn't have had enough money to bail each other out and I know you probably realized that. Actually, all 4 LE/by-law guys I saw were white. The one with the glasses reminds me of this one Polish girl I work with so I think he might be Polish. I'm TOTALLY TERRIFIED of him (NOT b/c he's scary-looking or anything b/c he's not... he's actually kinda cute) but b/c the 1st time he came in, he woke me up by saying, "SIT UP" REALLY LOUD, and when I saw him, I thought he was these gangster people that my stupid bf owes money to. What happened was that the week before, there was 1 black guy and 3 middle eastern guys with hockey sticks at my bf's place trying to kick our door down. When I told them to stop kicking our door, they said they were going to kill me and my bf b/c he owes them $20,000 (or was it $50,000? I can't remember) Anyways, I had to PRETEND to call the cops b/c our stupid phone line was cut off (no $ to pay bill) and I had forgotten my cell-phone at work but still they kept on kicking our door for at least another 5 minutes. I got scared so I tried to escape thru the window but I wasn't strong enough and I ended up injuring my hand and had to take off work for a week. (And LISTEN TO THIS!! After those people left, I called my bf from a payphone to tell him what happened and guess what he says??!! "Don't worry baby, they're just trying to scare you. Anyways, gotta go." And I'm like..."WHAT!!!!!!" I can't believe it!! Almost friggin' got killed and my stupid bf didn't even take it seriously!!) So when those LE came in that day, it was actually my first day back to work, so when the guy with the glasses woke me up, I swear, he scared the cr*p out of me!!! I was like... I thought those gangster people had found me and I was going to be chopped liver for sure!! And then when I saw the rest of the LE people (I think there was like 10 of them or something), I was even more scared!!! Then, the girl I was working with told me that they were LE so I calmed down a bit. But I think that's why I'm TERRIFIED of the guy with the glasses, b/c he scared me that 1st time and it's just etched in my brain. I start shaking everytime I see him. He's never been mean to me though. The 2nd LE guy reminds me of my first b/f who was a Vietnamese/French model so I think he might be French. Can't really remember how he looks like now... just that he kinda have spikey hair so I hope he's not going to grow his hair out or put on a hat or something 'cuz then, I'm really not going to recognize him. 3rd LE guy just looks like a typical Canadian sporty-looking guy...stocky built... hard to describe him. 4th LE guy is for sure older than the other 3 but can't remember him too well either. I think there's also 2 Indian undercover guys but I can't recall at all how they look like. I think there's also one white undercover but I can't recall how he looks like either. (Sorry, sh*tty memory)

What the inspectors usually do is they barge in and open all the doors to see if they catch anybody doing something they weren't suppose to be doing. Then, they'll write us tickets if we're caught doing something inappropriate. Most common tickets are "working in an unlicenced studio" or "not being covered by an opague material". (Yup, got a stack of those)

Actually I don't recall ever being shown a badge or ID or anything. But I just know they're inspectors b/c the other girls tell me. Sometimes, they'll pose as clients too, to see if we offer them anything. If we do, then we get a ticket as well. (Plus, I think we have to go to court.) One of the girls I worked with lost her holistic licence because she massaged one of the inspectors and offered him a nude massage. So I think if they catch us naked with a customer, they just give us a ticket but if we actually massage one of the inspectors and give him a nude, I think our licenced get revoked. At least, I think that's how it works.

With these 2 new female inspectors, I hear that they just barge in. (Although, wouldn't we see them like 10 million miles away and warn each other??!!) Well, so far, they still haven't gone to the MP I'm at. (At least that's what my boss and the other girl told me). So I really don't know EXACTLY what they do. If I do run into them (God... I pray NOT) I'll update you guys.

BTW, I heard from some of the girls that the LE people sometimes write tickets for a fine of $800 or something. Does anybody know if we can pay by installments?? Like... can I pay like $5 a month for the next 50 years or something? 'Cuz what if (knock on wood) I happen to get one of those and can't afford to pay it? Then what?

A little paranoia is a good thing, but I doubt this would happen. I don't think that LE would go undercover in an MP. The main reason is that I think they would have trobule finding a female to actually do it!!

Would you actually envision a scenario where a female officer would actually give T, N, NR and BS to clients to gather evidence? When females sign-on to the force, they sign on to be police officers, not MP's. If you watch shows like Cops, the undercover females who pose as SP's rarely remove a stitch of clothing in order to arrest a client for solicitation. Moreover, they have a lot of backup around them. I don't see how LE could provide the necessary backup in an MP.

Also, the chage is "Bawdy House". In order to prove a "Bawdy House", it has to be proven that over time a series of prostitution acts is going on. How does the undercover MP know what anyone else is doing in a room? Even if the undercover "hears" other MP's discussing in-room activities, I believe this is hear-say and not actual proof. The current system, where a male undercover LE goes in and is offered the services over a series of time seems proof enough - there is no hear-say, but rather actual evidence that can be used in court.

To me, a more realistic scenario (and equally paranoid situation) would be having LE set-up an entire MP, advertising it and busting anyone who so much as says "topless", "nude", etc... Think about this way - there are lots of mirrors that can be used for observation and taping. In fact, MP's have visible cameras in the hallway, so who would be suspicious? There's also lots of places for backup to hide in an MP set-up as well. Again, there are issues of proof involved, and I believe the charge would be "solicitation" and not a bawdy house charge under this system, and this may be very difficult to prove in court as well - but if one were to be paranoid, I'd put my money here and not on undercover LE.
