I gave Kiki 5 days and booted out a popular girl with nasty character who is struggling now to find a job anywhere bcuz of her nasty behavior. When SL called me in for help when they first opened and struggling, I fired all Renee's friends and brought in some new girls and made the spa busy. I even told JR boss who to fire and who to keep.
