And at the Spa, we have to pay for the Counter first, then for the extra services inside to the therapists, then to strike a good rapport, relationship with the Spa owner or the Therapist for good service/s inside the cabin / room, even some spa’s doesn’t have lock from inside or attached shower, (Privacy Issues), Jacuzzi costs a BOMB, and very few have the facility.
I can understand that there a lot of aficionados especially for MP’s & Spas, but there should be clarity to some extent about the rates & the services offered. There are a lot of fly by night operators in spa business, who deceive & hoodwink gullible peoples like us and many more to come.
Whereas Indies, there are also many rotten apples in their flocks too, no denying. But the rest of the Indies offer services with aplomb, assurance, style, and grace. I am not glorifying them; they are also making decent money but also providing various options in the bed to us, contrasting the Spa Therapists with restricted options & high rates.
The day we bring to a standstill patronizing these spas they will realize the power of our hard earned money.
Generally, this is not valid to all the Mongers per se, those who are addicted & obsessed by the spas will continue to be the same.
