Last evening I went to Muse and found a LE at the spa checking the licenses. Is it normal or is it for the reason there are darn too many MPs in the vicinty?

Yes, Toronto ByLaw visited yesterday. This is a routine visit to check in and make sure that all the staff is properly licensed. This does happen from time to time.

I've seen Jade 2 weeks ago.... here is my review.

After reading a few reviews and thinking that I've seen this girl before, I decided to venture out and see her for myself. Made my appointment then headed over. Had a little trouble finding this place at first but, eventually found it. Rang the door bell and a cute asian girl opened the door. To my left is I believe the receptionist desk and waiting area. I told her that I have an appointment with Jade she then should me to the room and I gave her my room fee. She told me to take a shower and that Jade will be with you in a few mins. The room is nice there are two big mirrors one on each side of the room. The only thing that bothered me was the small T.V. in the room. It was showing the front entrance of the spa, not sure why (watching out for LE I guess) but, O well!.... I took my shower and as I was drying off Jade entered the room. WOW! She looks as good as her pic on the web site, and it just hit me she use to work at Plush Spa with her sister Riley. We introduce ourselves and she asked if I've seen her before. I said that I have when she use to work at Plush spa but never had the chance to see her. Although, I did see her sister Riley at that time.

So begins my session which soon to be unforgettable. I laid down on the table on my stomach. Jade starts with a hard massage on my back and legs then asked me about the menu and I choose the BS. She then starts taking off her clothes. Just like her pic she has a fit body. She begins to pour oil on her breast and abs, then hopped on the table with me. She then starts to rub her whole body all over my back. While doing that she then slides over to my left hear with a sexy soft voice do you like that. I replied "yes don't stop". I can feel her succulent breast rubbing up and down my back and, all this time I can see the vision in the mirror of this amazing girl. Then she starts to grab my jewels during the BS.

Afterwards it's time to flip over. She starts to massage my chest then down to my legs, after that she begins the light massage. She pays more attention with my jewels, then she sits on top of me with more light massages. She then turns around in a 69 potion for the finish and got a great view of her nice assets. All within MP limits.

At the end she clean me up and we chatted a bit more about myself and about herself as well. I took my shower then she took hers after mine. Got dressed and she gave me a kiss and a hug goodbye and a pat on my butt. All and all, I had a great time with this wonderful girl and I'm already planning to see her again soon. But might have to try out the other girls first!

Damage $40 door fee and $100 tip plus $20

Answer: No we do not get any notice of their arrival however as long as we have licensed staff we are not concerned. As mush as it may be a hiccup in the day it is expected and really we welcome it.

No, they do not have the authority to enter a room provided we are following the City of Toronto rules of posting the times of sessions (time in and time out) which we do.

MUSE carries a Holistic License, so specifically check 545-179

Licensing is of course subject to inspection and enforcement...

... so as others have pointed out, lets keep this in perspective.

A few weeks ago I ran into by-law for the first time in 5.5 years of visiting MPs.

Routine. Used to be same time for few years.

Worry if an MP don't get inspected, ie: not lic'd are bound to invite LE.

May have been last year there's a pair of female Scrab bylaw that buzz around the Glen Watford MPs. GT used to bump into them as they get their takeout, the other kind.

Muse is the only spa that I know that adheres to all the bylaws.
The most common violations are letting girls start before they get their license and staying open late

I don't blame you for being weary, as consumers we should do what feels right for us, not what other folks (supporters) say. The area is concentrate with spas and I personally feel better going in other more quiet spas, where there is perhaps less heat. By the way my understanding is that bylaw can check the rooms and thats why some spas have peep holes in them.
But I'm going to do what is safe for me.......

LickRus - Having Toronto ByLaw officers in to do routine license checks is not "Heat" it is simply part of their job and something that any spa should expect.
As for the peep holes, you really need to educate your self on the differences of a "Body Rub MP" and a "Holistic MP". Body Rub MP have peep holes because it is required for their licensing. In a holistic it is not required, and NO they are not permitted to open Holistic MP doors provided we post the session length (time in\time out). This is one of a few differences in the licenses. Like you mentioned you need to go where you feel comfortable, so take a peak at the By Laws for each license and then you can make a proper assessment of what is legally required and what is not.
