I beg to differ, Brampton has a legal right to provide bodyslides. I suggest reading the Brampton bylaws again. Which is why they are allowed to post such services on their website. It is legal.

Bodybubs have challenged those things, but I doubt holistics have. How could a holistic challenge for such services? They initially agree to a therapeutic type license which explicitly states no nudity, no client touching.

Now look at the definition of a bodyrub, which when a license holder enteres into an agreement, there was nothing concerning nudity or touching in the by-laws, and clearly states it is "non-therapeutic". If you were a license holder you had the right to think you were getting screwed over by the vagueness of the code, and the definition of a bodyrub as posted earlier in this thread. In fact the definition says stimulating by any means.

Not going to mention names but there are some cultural and religious groups that are extremely narrow minded on matters of sex and nudity. One religious group actually advocates hanging homos until they are dead.
