legalities of getting caught at a MP

Hi Guys,

I did a few unsuccessful searches regarding this topic so I'm wondering if someone can rehash a few points for me.

1) If I'm caught at a MP is it:

a)a criminal offense thus appearing on a criminal record

or

b) a ticketable offense and no criminal record.


2) Does it make a difference if I am at a licenced spa with a licenced MPA?

3) What happens to you? Are you arrested? Fined? Court appearance?

Alright after sifting through more searches. I found that what happens depends on who catches you.

A bylaw officer gives a ticket with a fine. Does that mean no criminal record (e.g. like getting a parking ticket)?

But what happens if its a cop?

Do cops raid licenced spas?

We go to the massage parlours for a massage. If you are going to a massage parlour for sex, then don't be surprised to find the cops knocking on the door eventually.

Bylaw cannot write up criminal charges, only the police can to the extent of my knowledge. A bylaw ticket is the same as a parking ticket, if you dont pay it, you run the risk of not being able to renew your license and having bill collectors calling you at all times.

If you are that worried about it, then you should'nt be partaking in the hobby in the first place. Try sticking to places that are reliable and the ladies are legal.

ok.. but the 64 thousand dollar question is... How are you so sure which place is legal and which isnt? they'll all tell you they are legal and have something or the other hanging on the wall.... is it bull shit? or for real? you'll not know, and I know there arent that many licenses issued

If they wanted to, police could charge any MP providing HJs with being a bawdy-house, and the customers could be charged as "found-ins". These are criminal charges, and what municipal licence they have is irrelevant. This has been discussed in many other threads.

If you are charged as a "found in", you will need to go to court, and plead your case before a judge. Word of advise take a lawyer with you that is experienced in this type of proceedure. Just another reason to avoid high risk, high milage shops. There is no guarentee's with even the licensed places that do HJs, but your risk will be substantially reduced, especially if the places you are going to have a history or reputation as low milage careful operations.

Generally, LE are looking for bigger fish to fry. Just my take on it.

Oh, the LE will try to pump you for information, telling you they will go easy on you if you give up all the details, I would personally not buy into this story, you stand a better chance in court saying you do not know anything, no matter what they demand from you. Then tell your lawyer everything. And let him plead your case, that is what courts are for.

Yeah I read that too. Says city councilors had a brief glimpse of what was going on when the owner quickly open the door to one of the rooms the feds were peaking at, in order to turn off the lights. Hey Athlete,
It's really simple (as explained by Sheik, the gentleman). "If you want a massage (ie. BS, rub and whatever, etc), go to a MP. If you're looking for sex, you won't find it at a MP".

I have been hobbying for 7 years, and never had sex nor has sex been suggested by a MPA to me. Everyone, including the LE, should realize MPs provide a "release" by using massage and "fantasy" to stimulate.

Unfortunately, I have been in a room with a beautiful MPA when the LE stormed in like Hitler's army. They asked my name and ID... which I purposely leave in the car. The LE can't do anything to us, but the MPAs are always treated like whores. It sickens me, as they are people too.

I try to avoid the MPs with reputation for raids (like B&S, Silhouette, AC, etc.). But, I do go to the HFHs, Platinums and BPs because their super clean and business like.

The LE should concern themselves with serious sex crimes against women and children... not fantansies between consenting adults.

I love it when all you non-lawyers try to analyze the law. Here's the score:

1. Any sex act at an MP = a criminal act. This includes hj's. It probably includes bs's as well. If a girlie rubs her boobies in your willy, it's a sex act. Thus, it is criminal. You will have a criminal record and you will go downtown to see Mr Judge in a big room called a "courtroom". After that, you will explain to your wife and your cute little kids why you can't take them to Florida this year. ("It's because the US will no longer let me visit their country because I have a prostitution-related criminal record, dear.") Of course, you can always go to John School which might get you off the hook.

This means that virtually ANYONE who reads this board who goes to any of the MP's mentioned on this board is liable to get busted and go visit Mr Judge. Sheikh is wrong if he implies otherwise.

2. I'm not a big expert in who gets ticketed for what breach of whichever by-law since I don't appear at by-law court. But I do know that people who cannot identify themselves when they get ticketed for by-law offences get arrested. And if they still won't i.d. themselves, they get charged with a far more serious offence called "obstruct police" and they go to meet Mr Judge. They then get a criminal record. (See above).

was it 5 or 10 years the supreme court of canada stated that hand jobs was not a sex act, this arose because a strip club was doing lap dances and was charged, the strip club won the the advent of lap dances began.

as far as f/s in a mp, come on, all the time. Hwy 7 and 14th avenue $120 gave you an hour of massage, hj, bj and fs. Granted its on a massage table so not the most comfortable for positions but its there

the crack down on MP is really has two main goals

1.. get the underage girls out of the business

2.. slavery, yes slavery predominant for asian girls (some eastern europeans) who get brought into this country (mostly illegally) and then must work off the cost of entry in such places.

The law should be concerned with sex slavery and underaged prostituition. If a massage parlour has women working the establishment giving out hand jobs or whatever of their own free will and they are all consenting adults legal to work in this country then where's the harm?

The message should be if you run a massage parlour or brothel or whatever and you do so without violating anyone's rights then your fine, if not well then you're going to jail. Y'know...draw the line and don't waste time.
