Penalties are getting lighter and lighter. The average judge doesn't think prosititution is much of a social problem unless it involves a street or neighbourhood nuisance or some old fashioned basball bat pimping with girls being forced to work against their wills. Then the sentences get pretty harsh.

Hmm, the "therapeutic HJ defence". I haven't read Ni yet, but I have my doubts. If for instance, the "girl" was an RN and jerked of a guy with a prostate problem using rubber gloves, that would be medicinal.

But your average MPA in a lace bikini with implants the size of watermelons, doing a bs and a russian finish and claiming it was a therapeutic massage??!! The judge would throw a fit, if you even tried to suggest it.

Yep, not only is it completely hypocritical as you point out, but you my friend are paying for it..

Your tax dollars are paying for gay pride day parade, paying for the challanges to the arrests that were made, paying for the lawyer, the cops, everything.

Now before I get accused of gay bashing, I would like to point out that I have NO problem with gay guys or lesbians. I just think they should pay their own fucking way for a change.

I'd prefer we get a similar chance, as in our tax dollars being used for something more near and dear to me as getting authorities to stop being morality nazis and leave massage parlours alone. How can we do that?
