So, she has to like you, she has to be in a good mood. and you have to catch her on a good day to get an appointment. Even getting through all that if she feels like cancelling the appointment, you may be left standing at her door because she has changed her mind and is no longer in a good mood. Then evidently her rates are all over the place depending if she needs money that day or not.

To use the pizza analogy again, instead of going through all that isn't it better to go to Pizza Hut and get a pretty good pizza at a reasonable price and with consistancy in quality and price rather than to not get the deluxe pizza because they do not feel like delivering that day?
