Massages without a license in NYS is a felony, prostitution isonly a misdemenor. LE gets naked for a massage bust-they never admit that in court, they state they had on their underwear and a towel. If I go, and don't ask for anything else other than a massage is that illegal? I'd think it was okay, because you are not asking for a service that it is illegal to provide. Now if I said give me a happy ending, then I'm asking for erotic service, which is illegal. I wouldn't ask for one.
