i have followed this practice and it has always paid (of cousre after commiting inital mistakes).
visitng any spa/MP, call and go, never go without any prior info, look out for FRs, PM, etc
inform them what u need, and what therapists they have
also, I always nego on the counter charges and save for the extra services
let your mind rule over body
have refused service many a times over unreasonable pricing (exceptions are always there )

Well said man, even I had made few mistakes in initial days and paid way more money but now I have started to follow these principles which u mentioned in your post. And it's always better to visit spa which has some coupons from any site, it really helps to save extra atleast 500+ bucks.

Visited a Spa in Thane which is newly listed on nearbuy. The receptionist is a hot NE lady and all the therapist there are mostly NE and are good looking. Got just a normal massage no extras no sensual touching which was a bit disappointing. Although the massage was really good(60 mins) and afterwards got a good steam and shower. The place is top in hygiene and ambience is awesome. So if u want a good genuine massage plus steam and shower I would recommend u this place it's totally worth it. If u want details PM me.

isited U*** T*** S** @ S*****r**. took indian therapist. look & figure wise not good (4/10). but given me a good sensual massage.

took aroma massage. she started with back and while doing so she was entering her hand in dispo even when massaging on legs feel like intetionally she was putting my feet on her t-shirt.
