So, been there long time… what changed?

Pretty fucked up they paid rent throughout pandemic, getting kicked out now…not exactly high rent neighborhood …

some shitty spas have hard time retaining mpas even milf or gilf don't even want to work there. Alice spa sometimes doesn't open either. No customer = no money. Why would somebody sit at shitty spas for nothing?

yes but what can you do? The massage license is the only thing valuable tbh. City of Toronto no longer issue new licenses iirc

It’s not that crazy hard 2 find girls… … I’ve tried some mpas that were so obv newbies… eSpa seems 2 find them easy enuf…

when you burn your bridges it will be hard to find talents. The other day, i showed a manager on spa chatrooms on wechats. Within a couple of days, there were girls contacting her.

T&Q in Red Pearl plaza has closed. Una Spa has taken over the space.

1 closes and another 2 open. The girls seem like they're sitting there doing nothing but every time you go for a session, at least 1 or 2 other dudes come in. They're making $100 / hh for FS/CBJ's. If they work 8 hour days, that's real good $$$. The MPA's are always around, its the owners that may move for lower rent.

No coincidence … most of us work 9-5, have lunch @ noon… we go @ lunch or after work… show up @ 2:30pm in any weekday, u can pick any girl & practically fuck in the hallway!

… mostly they get like 4-6 clients /day… nice haul, helps pay 4 that condo, but not crazy $$$

New spas opening these days… a few close doors not gonna make much difference…

Compared to the other places in that plaza, is the new shop like iWell (cheap, older ladies, good massage, HJ), Kelly (cheap, older ladies, good massage, no HJ), or Red Pearl (cheap, mostly older ladies, zero to mediocre massage, FS)?
