They need to either provide their address or admit they don't take walk-ins.

That said, I can't book a time for an appointment if I don't know how long it'll take to get there and what the parking situation is. So far I've read Kerr/Speers, Kerr/Trafalgar, and even that once you're there it's complicated to get to the actual spa itself due to something about needing directions once you arrive. "Great, let's book 1pm. Oh wait that's further than expected and parking is busy there so I can't arrive until 1:15, which is too late for me to start an appointment. Now that I've booked it and got the actual information I needed beforehand, let's go ahead and cancel." No, faced with that I just won't book at all.

Oakville is overflowing with massage parlors.
Six options between Third Line and Kerr Street alone plus several more East of Kerr and another by Bronte.
If this is yet another option in the area they need to make the process of actually going there a lot less frustrating.
I love my regular Asian masseuses and will keep seeing them but I would happily bankrupt myself by adding one or several reliable non-Asian masseuses as well.

Dolphin is alive and well, swimming so to speak. I've not yet attended the $70 room rates is annoying, given everywhere else is $60.
They are advertising on Leolist daily. So seems they are open ... not much reported here so far on MP.
