That said, I can't book a time for an appointment if I don't know how long it'll take to get there and what the parking situation is. So far I've read Kerr/Speers, Kerr/Trafalgar, and even that once you're there it's complicated to get to the actual spa itself due to something about needing directions once you arrive. "Great, let's book 1pm. Oh wait that's further than expected and parking is busy there so I can't arrive until 1:15, which is too late for me to start an appointment. Now that I've booked it and got the actual information I needed beforehand, let's go ahead and cancel." No, faced with that I just won't book at all.

I love my regular Asian masseuses and will keep seeing them but I would happily bankrupt myself by adding one or several reliable non-Asian masseuses as well.
