I think the negative feedback has a bit of truth to it. Again, I didn't get any, I've not been there in a while. But I called to make a booking today, and the receptionist was practically rude. A first, in my experience.

I guess you left the place and the place started going down or something man.. I dunno.

I guess you caught the moody boss receptionist in bad mood today. It's better to stay away on Mondays when she is doing reception. All the girls hate to work on Monday. She reminds me of the slave driver owner Mary of Angel and Alice spas if you know what I mean.

More than half of SL 's customers today are E&M regulars might be another reason she is in bad mood . Just my guess...

My experience with any of the girls anywhere on the phone, is their English is so limited,really limited, that you just stick to very basic stuff and make it short.

No la. She was checking her spa from her home through the internet monitor and giving orders. She was complaining to Angel why was Yoyo's car parked right in front of the store and telling her to ask Yoyo move the car and park some where else.

Too funny, Michelle is correct, these ladies should know some basic business sense rules, leave the best parking for the customers , I've often skipped at stopping at a place if it looks too busy, "umm, look at all those cars in front of E&M, think I'll try Green Canyon instead tonight".

Last few time at E and M have been hit and mss for me. Nothin worth posting about, but slightly less tease than previous... I don't like that they us that paper instead of the clean towels to lie on now. Still mostly great.

You must be kidding. I will take disposable paper sheet over towel any time. There is no guaranteed with clean towels whether they have been washed or re using them if it looks clean. Previous owner of Yi Ren was well known for re using towels according to one of their employee who is running her own spa now on Kennedy.

If you want to avoid hit and miss, just stick with Jenny who is always very consistent.

One asshole showed this to moody boss on Satuday and little Angel got into big trouble. She text me yestreday she got scold and was ordered not to talk to me any more..lol. Hope she won't be giving her a hard time today by booking her back to back with no breaks. Pls be kind to her. If the reception said she is available at 2pm, pls book her at 2:15 or 2:20 so to give her a little break time. Not 2:30. If 2:30 the greedy receptionist might squeeze in a half hr guy.
