Slowest summer ever

Not all houses are slow, as for this board I'm one of the few that try to keep this board entertanining. But every time I say anything in response to Trident Fork (Canti) or Queen Supreme I get hit with another infraction.

For the non FS AMPs i'n astonished when I hear guys paying $.50 for HJ after the house fee and tip. Therefore the HJ places have to lower their prices and take care of the girls. I have paid .80 house fee and .40 for 2 HJ with a good massage in one hour.

The reviews are down, KMP or not, and i'm hearing lots of complaints. This wasn't put out as an economic forum on Korean Massage girls, but some people only see things thru their world. that being said, they are part of the equation. I imagine there is atleast one AMP on every block on Manhattan. I know some blocks have more than one.
I think the cheapest price I have seen in my walks in $45/ for 60 minutes.
Most of these type of AMP's have the price list outside, & prices are pretty close to the same for them.

Considering there are so many places, I am not surprised that some may not be getting the business they were. If they want more busines, lowering prices has always made sense.

For the AMP's NYC has better prices & more choices than NJ. The cheapes I know of is $50./hr, most are $60 & up. NYC is a bargain, but if you are talking the higer priced KMP S/F places $200 & up, people just don't have that kind of money to spend in this economy, for tops 10 minutes of pleasure.
Lower prices almost always brings more business.

On a side note, there is no direct correlation between numbers of reviews posted here and traffic at the kmps. The places are still busy but not as busy as before the economy took a shit in 2008.

If this is turning into a free advice to kmps from the economic geniuses that populate this board don't be surprised if your suggestions aren't adopted. No kmp owner is going to undercut the competition on price.
Whether it's collusion to fix pricing or fear of retaliation, bottom line is get used to the $$ point. It's not going away

The guys throwing their money away $$$ and $$$$ are nuts. Unless the guy has 6 plus figures in cash at a U.S. bank with a steady cashstream..... in two years they will be begging for .60 half hour specials.

The KAMPs may keep the rates at $$. But add an extra pop and doors will never close. Stop the half hours to keep the girls cleaner and fresher.

And you have to realize you cannot substitute the better nymphs with "I need
money for this that etc. Let's face it if the girl does not like 8 cocks a day then this is not the profession for her.

While the kmps stick at the $$ price point there is a trend now for at least a year now of $$$ and $$$$ point for younger girls right off the plane from Seoul.

Usually girls taking advantage of the 3 month no visa thing.

Lower volume and wear and tear on the girls and they go back home with huge suitcases full of luxury goods. Not a bad gig.

Anyway I don't see te prices dropping at the $$ kmps. The economics of the business model don't allow it.

Lower the price, then the girls are better off working in the boondocks, where there's more volume and frankly less service expectation. They already are better off in the boondocks in terms of pure economics, and lowering the price will probably make it even more so. Manhattan demand is probably not that price-sensitive anyway. A lot of the best talent in the circuit doesn't even hit Manhattan anymore. Some of the girls that folks think are on long vacations or retired have just been working out of town for long periods. Some of the better girls (other than owner/providers) are only in Manhattan as a 'half-vacation' - i.e. they're tired out from 10-session-a-day tours elsewhere but don't want to take a real vacation, so they do a 1 to 2 week tour or just work Wed-Thur-Fri at a Manhattan shop. Laxer law enforcement is probably a plus for Manhattan, but not so much when the heat is on. As a general rule, the girls are not as stupid as we think, and we're not as smart as we think...

I also noticed things seemed to be slowing down. Personally, I haven't been as frequent on the AMP as previously. But, that is due mostly to some of my favorites disappearing combined with what seems like a lack of new talent (at least ones well reviewed). Additionally, I've also become less fond of the one & done at these places...but, then I'm just greedy!

We'll see....I might have the opportunity to test the waters again this week.

All the boards are dead, mamasans are complaining about a multitude of things ($$$$$) and girls are afraid to work. It seems like summer sweeps are on again. the amount of reviews and comments are dwindling like an ice cube on the sidewalk. It's a billion degrees outside EVERY SINGLE DAY. Summer's always slow, but this is ridiculous. Any thoughts?
