Welll Mat, I can't assert that all bars do, but generally the greater Montreal Island is carved up between the old style Italian mob in the northeast and various French Canadian biker gangs in the West and South of the island., But if you want to know what I mean, take a stroll along Ste. Catherine East some evening. (When you get to Metro Beaudry, that's where I grew up). I guarantee you'll be happy to see T.O. again afterwards.

Feel like a newbie not knowing the SP acronym. Interesting the association of adult entertainers aka strip clubs testified in favour of bill C36 actually asking for it to be tougher in defining "sexual services". There was a video clip of a stripper saying that the clubs can't compete with MP's and actually used the words "bang for the buck" Interesting the gov't pointed out that in there view lab dancing would also be prohibited by the new law.
