If I understand right, in Edmonton, the "safe" way to look for FS is at MPs; escorts are evidently much riskier.

That is not the case here in Toronto. MPs normally do not offer oral/FS, particularly not in an advertised fashion. That sort of thing quickly attracts LE attention. SPs generally don't attract that sort of attention; if you're after such services, you should look into the escort side of things.
