last night around 8:30 I drove by ********** wanna get some after-work relaxing massage . I noticed that there was a minivan parking in the middle of the parking lot without the engine turns off. By the time the parking lot was so empty, I was thinking.... if the guy in the car is waiting to pick up someone then he shouldn't be park that far...

Sorry if I gave you the wrong impression, but I haven't come to a conclusion. So I don't know why people would be freaked out.

I don't particularly care about constitutional challenges to bawdy house laws. The more relevant question is do cops bust people for getting handjobs in body rub parlors? I would welcome any informed opinions as to how often that happens and where it is most likely to happen.

My own uneducated impression is that it is a low risk situation. Very rare do cops bust MPs. But ocassionally they do. All those who want to take a charge of being found in a bawdy house all the way to the Supreme Court to fight its constitionality, please raise your hand. Most on this board are not interested in arrests or high profile legal battles.

I just thought up4it raised a valid question. And I think 3Tees quoted the relevant parts of the Criminal Code and pointed out that this has been discussed before.

Sheik you are soooo right! Have had a few LE regs in my day. But Danielchan...stop freaking out...cops visit every single spa...more often than u'd think....what purpose does this post have? I guess LE can work anytime of the night. MPAsquared your experienced in this field. When do LE usually appear? From my experience, Toronto LE raid on Fri/Sat night because it's busy or Mon-Fri 9-5pm. Not sure about the suburbs thou, if anyone knows pls give your input.

Getting a naked massage in a licensed body run parlour by a licensed attendant is legal in most jurisdictions in Ontario. The touching of genitals by either party is not especially genital touching for the purpose of sexual gratification, ie the handjob (manual release) typically experienced in a MP. I'm not even talking about the MPs where "extras" are occuring. You can be charged and found guilty under thee criminal code for going to a MP fully licensed and receiving a hand release. Nonetheless you can still be charged in a standard safe licensed body run. In fact of you are sitting in the lobby of a MP and the only thing that has ever occurre in that Mp is handjobs during massages you as a "found in" can be charged as a found in in a common bawdy house

This is all true, or at least it was, until they passed what we call "the Monica Lewinsky approach". It was fought and won in Toronto Municipal court that a hand release was not a sexual service. Now, its thin ice...but its progress. This change happened 1-2yrs ago.

When I got a shake down at a MP, the LE knew that I received a hand job by the tissue on the floor. What is your source here? Is it part of a law or court decision, or is it some sort of position paper or something being argued in front of the courts? Unless it's a law or decision this is not worth the bandwidth it's written on. Thats ridiculous danielchan!! What is there to be nervous about?? That they were there? oooohhhhh!

If you pull up to your fav steak house and notice that the Health Inspectors are there, do you assume they are closing it cuz its dirty? do you never return? NOOO! They put up that little sign in the window to inform you everything is a-go and they check in regularly!

Most business' have regulations, and therefore regulators!! Cops, bylaws and building inspectors keep us ALL safe!! As a customer, you dont have much more than life-rules to follow in an MP (dont solicit sex, wash behind ur ears, etc) We as attendants and owners as operators hold the responsibility to follow the rules as we are licensed to do! And just like anything else, the powers that be like to make sure things are up to par!! They allow us to work safely, and allows you as customers an outlet to relieve your 'stresses'.

Be thankful that we have a rather liberal city, and that they DO regulate this stuff! Imagine if they didnt!! YUCK!!!!

2) A quick review of your previous comments and replies to massageplanet.netITES, it appears to me that you become frustrated as soon as people start disagreeing with your comments.

3) Last but not least, my IQ is well below 110. I work 8 hours a day and spend 16 hours hanging around SPAs or on massageplanet.net.


Due to the abovementioned reasons, this wouldn't be a healthy argument for either of us.

Therefore, I would like to rest my case and avoid any further discussion over this topic. Honestly, I am saving both sides lots of time not highlighting a few words here and there and then yelling and screaming at each other. Certainly, I could do the same with your 1st post on this thread .... but, the good news is we both have something to agree upon. That is, wasting bandwidth is not good for environment. And, I trust the interested massageplanet.netITES in this thread have an IQ over 110 and are able to differentiate between facts and fictions.
