Since everyone loves to argue/spout off about politics (no matter if there is a pending election or not) I figured we needed a separate thread instead of hijacking other threads. So... Everyone- HAVE AT IT!!

I, for one, am SO impressed with all the corruption, growing numbers of unemployed/under employed; growing numbers utilizing food banks; the worst per capita GDP in the world; hundreds of billions of wasted taxes; and paying ever more to stop an unstoppable phenomenon (ie: "Climate Change") that I'm going to vote Liberal because, well, I just love watching train wrecks!

Change for the sake of change didn’t work out so well for lots of the people down south. I mean, ask anyone that’s a visible minority. Or anyone that depends on the social contract (eg education, clean drinking water, health services - as shitty as they are..)

Want to see things in an accurate light? Anytime anyone uses a phrase like "woke mind set" or "woke mob" or anything similar, substitute the term "human rights." Example - "I think we should fight against the woke mob!" Translation: "I think we should fight against human rights!" Boom, accurate. Because things like anti-racism and anti-bigotry are actually pro-human-rights. Rights for LGBTQ+, rights of POC, rights for women - not special anything, just the rights others enjoy.

Are the drag shows brainwashing YOUR kids? Explain how they did that, did you fail as a parent in inculcating them with your bigotry? Geez, let's hope so...

Suuuuure. in my work I worked with people that directly supported marginalized individuals and the incidents of kids being "brainwashed" into being trans, etc, was zero. Kids minds that are being damaged by racist and bigot parents pouring their garbage into their own kid's minds. This idea that drag shows are making kids trans is nothing short of ridiculous and stupid. Rainbow crosswalks don't make you gay. Inclusive classrooms are not hurting a single kid. Same sex parent families have no more issues or raise gay kids than hetero couple.

1. Pierre becomes the next Prime Minister of Canada with a majority government.

2. Alberta separates and becomes the 51st state Smith as Governor.

For us as Albertans to be successful and thrive economically, one of these two paths must happen.

When it comes to social matters, I don’t care—gay, trans, straight, bi—whatever. Get a massage from whoever you like. I don’t judge or care. Liberal leaning in social views. Right when it comes to governance and being fiscally responsible.

The UCP spent $80M on drugs that they pretty much knew we'd never use, they wanted the headline. The UCP spent taxpayer dollars for the premier to go to private events in the US that everyone knew would have no effect on the US federal administrations approach to Canada.
