Hi,

I think such laws smack of totalitarianism. But then I guess that most human beings are not what can be described as intelligent [just me being misanthropic *S*], which is why they love such laws. It only means that many more legal/ "illegal" incall and outcall escort agencies are going to flourish.

My take on giving personal info in this form to the government is well I do not trust the government.. any government. Trusting the government to safeguard your rights and not try to f**k up your life is like hiring and trusting a violent pedophile as your baby-sitter. You might not like the comparison but the worst abuses that the world has ever seen were done by governments against their own people.. i can give you a long list [historical] if you want to know.

I have heard some say that they will not give info out without a warrant.. well people will cut any deal to cover their ass when they are asked to "cooperate".

In conclusion I have to say that the idiots who passed this law and the self righteous LE [as oppossed to those who go through the motions] are completely responsible for any consequences of increased organised crimes involvment in MPs. Maybe that is what they want...

Seriously speaking though, a question to those of you in the legal field: Is there not some very basic violation of Privacy Laws and Human Rights happening here? Is this By-Law constitutional?

I've done the same, I don't see the big deal about handing over my drivers license...I'm not doing anything illegal so whats there to worry about? (unless you're paranoid of your significant other or someone else finding out you hobby?)
